100 Years of Solitude - The Big 5 Habits to live 100 years

  1. Smoke-free - that includes vaping
  2. Modest alcohol consumption:  Don't drink every day and not more than 2 drinks
  3. Stay lean; Your height / your waist size > 2
  4. Healthy diet:  Avoid highly processed food
  5. Regular exercise - preferably HIIT and resistance exercise.
